Produce Your Show With Us
We're not an empty room with a date on the calendar. We sell your tickets alongside you —
because we don't get paid until you do.
We only make money when you make money. Our revenue comes out of tickets sold —
so our platform, our box office, our broker contracts, and our sales data are all pointed at the same
thing you are: filling the room, every performance, not just opening night.
Read this first: this is a producer partnership, not a talent booking.
We do not book or hire acts. We don't pay performers, bands, or entertainers to appear,
and we don't fund productions. These rooms are for producers who run their own show and
carry their own costs — you pay your cast and crew, your advertising, and your
production expenses, and the show's ticket revenue is settled to you on the deal we agree.
If you're an artist, band, agent, or manager looking for a paid engagement, we're not the
right venue and this isn't the right form.
An Empty Room Hands You Keys
Most venues rent you four walls and a date, then wait to be paid. Here's the difference in what happens after you sign.
Renting a room
- Four walls and a date on a calendar.
- Ticketing is your problem — source it, pay for it, staff it.
- You run the box office, will-call, and the door.
- You find every single buyer yourself.
- Sales data lives somewhere else, if it exists at all.
- The venue gets paid whether you sell 20 seats or 200.
Producing with us
- A room that's already built, staffed, and running shows.
- Our ticketing platform, seat maps, and fulfillment — no vendor contract.
- Our box office, will-call, scanning, and door staff work your show.
- Your tickets go out through our broker and outlet contracts, our 900-domain network, and our own media outlet.
- Live sales data in your portal — and an operator reading it with you.
- We're paid out of the same tickets you are.
That last line is the whole point. We can't win on a night you lose — so a soft Tuesday,
a mispriced tier, or an on-sale that isn't converting is our problem too, and we'll be
in it with you well before the run is over.
What You Get That an Empty Room Can't Give You
Intimate rooms at Alexis Park Resort, minutes off the Strip — run by an operator that produces its own shows in these same rooms.
- An active venue, not a landlord. We produce and run our own shows in these rooms every week, and we sell tickets for a living. When we tell you what a Tuesday draws, what a room seats comfortably, or where to set your top price, it comes off our own P&L — not a guess, and not a sales pitch to get you signed.
- We ticket your show. Inventory, pricing, seat maps, and fulfillment run on our own platform. No third-party ticketing contract, no API to build, no per-ticket platform fee to a vendor.
- Staffed box office and house. On-site box office, will-call, scanning, and door staff are handled for you — including walk-up and same-day sales.
- Contracts with most major ticket brokers and outlets. Your show isn't limited to our own sites — we distribute it through the broker and outlet relationships we already have across Las Vegas.
- Rooms sized for a real run. Four rooms under one roof — indoor showrooms, a supper club, and an open-air stage — so the room fits the show instead of the show stretching to fit the room. Outgrow one and you can move rooms without leaving the property.
- 900+ domain network. We route traffic from over 900 domains of our own to our inventory, and every page is SEO and AI-search optimized for organic discovery.
- Vegas411.com editorial access. Our own Las Vegas media outlet — a place to land press coverage for the show without buying it.
- Your own show website. Resident productions get a dedicated, branded site for the show — built, hosted, and optimized by us — that you're free to point your own advertising at.
- Producer Portal. Real-time sales reporting, performance-level detail, and event administration in one place — no waiting on a weekly settlement email to know how you're doing.
- A calendar, not just a date. We program four rooms across a full week, so we can place your run where it won't collide with the wrong show — and adjust the schedule with you once the sales data comes in.
- Straight settlement. One agreed deal per show, settled against tickets sold. No invoices to chase, no surprise deductions at the end of the run — and no month where we get paid and you don't.
The Rooms — and What's In Them
Four distinct rooms on one property, each already built and staffed for live production — including an 80-foot LED wall in the Athena Showlounge. Click any room for photos, seating charts, and what's playing in it now.
Indoor · Flexible floor
- Sound engineered and acoustically tuned for live vocals and instrumentation — concert-quality audio front to back.
- Professional lighting production built into the room.
- Reconfigurable floor: seated, standing room, or a mix, depending on the show.
- Nightclub intimacy with showroom production values — close enough for direct audience interaction.
- Climate controlled; ADA accessible.
- Pegasus Bar & Grill attached for pre- and post-show food and bar.
Indoor · Theater seating · 80′ LED wall
- 80-foot-wide LED video wall spanning the stage — full-width scenic backdrops, live IMAG, lyric and content playback, and sponsor or branding moments with no scenery to build, truck, or store.
- Fixed theater-style seating with no obstructed views — every seat is sellable.
- Professional sound system with acoustics tuned for vocal detail.
- Versatile lighting rig capable of dynamic looks and cues without overwhelming the room.
- Mid-sized house: big enough for crowd energy, small enough for performer-to-audience contact.
- Published seating chart with reserved seat maps for ticketing.
- Climate controlled; ADA accommodations available.
Indoor · Supper club
- Cocktail-table seating rather than theater rows — built for a dinner-and-show format.
- Full dinner menu and bar service running throughout the performance, no minimums.
- Sightlines from every table; intimate layout designed around the stage.
- Climate-controlled indoor showroom.
Outdoor · Open-air stage
- Open-air stage on the shaded pool grounds, with a dance floor.
- Mixed house: general admission grounds plus reserved ground-level cocktail tables with dedicated table service.
- Suits music acts, DJ sets, and seasonal or event-driven programming.
- Outdoor room — performances are weather-dependent, and we plan around that with you.
House-wide
- All four rooms sit on one non-gaming resort property — no casino floor between your audience and the door.
- Free parking across the property for your guests and your crew.
- ADA seating in most sections, coordinated through the box office.
- On-site box office, will-call, scanning, and door staff.
- Two on-site F&B outlets: The Steakhouse at Alexis Garden and Pegasus Bar & Grill.
- Resort-hosted, so hotel rooms for touring cast and crew are on the same property.
Full technical specifications — stage dimensions, capacities, inventory lists, rigging, power, and load-in —
are shared room by room once we know what your show needs. Tell us your requirements below and we'll come back with the specs for the rooms that fit.

What we look for
- A show that is ready to run — cast, material, and direction in place.
- A U.S. legal entity that can contract with the venue.
- General liability insurance, with the venue named as additional insured.
- Rights or licensing cleared for everything performed, including music.
- A producer who funds and runs the show itself — cast and crew pay, advertising, and production costs are yours. We provide the room, the ticketing, the box office, and distribution.
