Requirements to become a Connected Producer

You must be using a ticketing platform with API connectivity with live inventory availability.
You must be approved for payment processing through Stripe.
You must have a legal entity based in the United States.

Connected Producer terms

By submitting an application and activating a Producer account, you agree to the following terms.

Application & Approval Notice

Becoming a Connected Producer is by invitation or approved application. Sin City Seats selectively curates the shows, festivals, events, tours, and productions offered through our platform and reserves the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion. We encourage you to provide a comprehensive list of your offerings — we may be interested in carrying some but not all.

Relationship

Sin City Seats operates as a non-exclusive ticket outlet for your event(s). Nothing in this agreement prevents you from selling tickets through other platforms, outlets, or directly. Sin City Seats may simultaneously offer tickets for other productions, including those in the same genre or market.

Commission & payouts

Sin City Seats retains a percentage of the face value of each ticket sold, as agreed upon activation. Commissions will be established upon approval of terms. Remaining revenue is transferred to your connected Stripe™ account per Stripe's standard payout schedule. No invoices are issued. Sin City Seats does not hold producer funds.

Please note: commissions do not include Stripe or credit card processing fees, which are assessed separately by Stripe™ and are deducted from proceeds by Stripe prior to split.

Requirements

You must use a ticketing platform that supports API connectivity for inventory and availability data. You must maintain an active Stripe™ account in good standing and remain approved for processing. Failure to maintain either requirement may result in suspension of your listing(s).

Accuracy & conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of all event information, pricing, and inventory provided to Sin City Seats. You agree not to use Sin City Seats listings or Producer Portal access for any unlawful purpose or in any way that misrepresents your event(s) to buyers.

Customer data

Buyer data collected through Sin City Seats transactions — including name, contact information, and purchase history — is the property of Sin City Seats. Sin City Seats may use this data for marketing, remarketing, and operational purposes.

Refunds & Chargebacks

All refunds and chargebacks are processed through the Stripe™ Connected platform and are governed by Stripe™'s terms and conditions. Sin City Seats assumes no liability for refund disputes or chargeback resolutions beyond what is provided under Stripe™'s policies.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Sin City Seats reserves the right to terminate immediately and without notice for cause, including but not limited to misrepresentation, fraudulent activity, violation of Stripe™'s terms of service, or conduct harmful to Sin City Seats, its partners, or buyers.

Modifications

Sin City Seats may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Producer Portal following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By submitting this application you agree that you are an authorized person to enter into an agreement of this type to sell/resell tickets. These terms do not constitute a legal partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
